Roles & Responsibilities

  • Warm & Professional Verbal Communication — Greet every client with a friendly, confident, and polished tone. Your words set the mood for the entire salon visit.

  • Active Listening — Truly understand client needs, preferences, and concerns before responding. Never rush a conversation.

  • Clear & Courteous Phone Etiquette — Handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups over the phone with clarity, patience, and a smile in your voice.

  • Written Communication — Draft clear, error-free messages for appointment confirmations, promotional texts/emails, and social media responses.

  • Conflict Resolution through Dialogue — Address complaints or misunderstandings calmly and diplomatically, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.

  • Multilingual Ability (Preferred) — Fluency in more than one language is a strong advantage for serving a diverse clientele.

Desired Candidate Profile

�️ Appointment & Schedule Management

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments efficiently using salon management software.

  • Coordinate with stylists and beauty professionals to optimise booking slots and minimize wait times.

� Client Relations & Front Desk Operations

  • Welcome clients warmly upon arrival, offer refreshments, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.

  • Provide detailed information about salon services, pricing, packages, and ongoing promotions.

  • Maintain a client database with preferences, visit history, and feedback for personalised service.

� Billing & Transactions

  • Process payments accurately (cash, card, digital wallets) and issue receipts.

  • Handle membership sign-ups, gift vouchers, and loyalty program registrations.

� Salon Coordination

  • Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times.

  • Manage front-desk supply inventory and coordinate with the team on retail product displays.

  • Relay client feedback and suggestions to the Salon Manager for continuous improvement.

� Digital Communication

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, and the salon's website.

  • Assist in promoting salon offers and events through client outreach.
