Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients with a warm and genuine smile, creating a positive first impression of the yoga center.
  • Manage the appointment scheduling system, ensuring smooth class bookings and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about classes, workshops, and center policies.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records for each transaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a wellness or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of yoga and wellness practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is required.
