Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant service flow and guest engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in dealing with international guests.
  • Basic knowledge of F&B operations, including menu knowledge, table settings, and service etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle high-volume environments.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
