Roles & Responsibilities

As the first and last point of contact, you will play a key role in shaping the guest s overall impression. This position is central to delivering a seamless and refined arrival experience from the very first interaction.

As our Receptionist, you will manage reservations, coordinate guest flow, and ensure a seamless arrival experience. You will maintain control of the front desk while creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere aligned with the Le Caf LPM.

Your Profile

Organisation & Operational Awareness

Reservation Management: br>You manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest lists with accuracy and structure, ensuring optimal table allocation at all times.

Flow Control: br>You balance walk-ins and pre-booked reservations strategically to optimise seating capacity and maintain service flow.

Presentation: br>You ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and representative of the brand at all times.

Problem-Solving & Composure

Pressure Handling: br>You remain calm and composed during peak service periods and unexpected situations such as overbookings.

Solution-Oriented: br>You find quick, practical solutions that protect both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, while maintaining a positive and composed demeanour.

Appearance & Professionalism

  • You maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance.

  • You adhere to professional etiquette and dress standards at all times.


Desired Candidate Profile

A dynamic, energetic, and vibrant personality is highly valued.

Familiarity with reservation systems and managing guest flow during peak hours is essential.

French or another European language in addition to English is considered an advantage.

First Impression: br>You create a warm, professional, and confident first impression for every guest, setting the tone for the entire dining experience.

Communication: br>You communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and over the phone, handling inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion.

Multilingual Skills: br>English is required; Arabic, French, or additional languages are a strong asset.
