Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
• Strong background in Hospitality Industry recruitment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE.
• Ability to work on-site in Sharjah.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn and others
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (preferably bilingual/multilingual) Hindi will be considered a plus. Ability to join immediately is preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for hospitality roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize ATS and online platforms effectively to track and manage applications.
