Role Description

F&C Properties is hiring an HR Recruiter for a 3?month on?site contract based in Dubai, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various real estate roles. This includes managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting the company s talent acquisition strategy. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast?paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Candidates under their own visa are preferred due to the contract duration.
  • Proven experience in real estate recruitment or real estate sales
  • 6 months 1 year experience in the Dubai real estate market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage candidate pipelines and build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Dubai s real estate market
  • Self?driven, organized, and target?oriented
  • Multilingual candidates are an advantage
