Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through different channels
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
  • Stay updated with UAE labor and recruitment trends

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Must be on sponsored visa (family/spouse visa)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
  • Familiar with Dubai hiring market, job portals, and sourcing tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
