Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through different channels
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
- Stay updated with UAE labor and recruitment trends
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Dubai (mandatory)
- Must be on sponsored visa (family/spouse visa)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
- Familiar with Dubai hiring market, job portals, and sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
