Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment across assigned sectors

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership stakeholders

  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes

  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines

  • Ensure hiring outcomes align with cost, continuity, and compliance goals

  • Navigate local market dynamics, labor regulations, and hiring practices

  • Maintain clear reporting and delivery accountability

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 5+ years of recruitment experience in IT, Construction, Real Estate, or Hospitality

  2. Arabic & English fluency (spoken and written)

  3. Strong understanding of the UAE / MENA hiring market

  4. Proven experience managing senior and business-critical roles

  5. Ability to operate independently with high ownership

  6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
