Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the Middle East region
Hire IT professionals for industries including:
IT & Technology Services
Consulting & Big 4
Banking & Financial Services
Ports, Airlines & Aviation
Real Estate & Retail
Government & Semi-Government Entities
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, headhunting, and ATS
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical capability and cultural fit
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders
Build and maintain strong IT talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles
Handle offer discussions, documentation, onboarding, and joining follow-ups
Ensure compliance with Middle East labor laws, visa processes, and hiring practices
Share market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring intelligence with stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
2–6 years of recruitment experience in the Middle East region
Proven experience hiring IT professionals across multiple industries
Strong understanding of GCC hiring markets, candidate availability, and salary trends
Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Experience hiring for Government / Semi-Government entities is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
