Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the Middle East region

  • Hire IT professionals for industries including:

  • IT & Technology Services

  • Consulting & Big 4

  • Banking & Financial Services

  • Ports, Airlines & Aviation

  • Real Estate & Retail

  • Government & Semi-Government Entities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, headhunting, and ATS

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical capability and cultural fit

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders

  • Build and maintain strong IT talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles

  • Handle offer discussions, documentation, onboarding, and joining follow-ups

  • Ensure compliance with Middle East labor laws, visa processes, and hiring practices

  • Share market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring intelligence with stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–6 years of recruitment experience in the Middle East region

  • Proven experience hiring IT professionals across multiple industries

  • Strong understanding of GCC hiring markets, candidate availability, and salary trends

  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

  • Experience hiring for Government / Semi-Government entities is a strong advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
