Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our staffing company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for contract and permanent positions across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Engineering, IT, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, and Government sectors. The recruiter will also play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring timely, compliant, and quality delivery of candidates.


Desired Candidate Profile

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal database, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews, evaluate qualifications, and assess candidate fit for roles.
  • Handle full recruitment life cycle – job posting, application review, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for urgent and future needs.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience (staffing agency or RPO preferred).
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume, technical, and non-technical roles.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and job boards (Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn, indeed, Bayt, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, and onboarding procedures.
