Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize hiring strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for fresh graduate candidates who holds bachelors in HR or Business Administration to recruit for Organizational Development Analyst under graduate program. this Graduate Program is for those who have completed their bachelor’s degree recently and interested to sign the contract.

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field provides a solid foundation.
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR demonstrate professional commitment and expertise.
- Experience in the IT or technology sector is highly desirable.
