Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Title: Coordinator - Recruitment


Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for large-scale and volume hiring requirements across multiple roles and functions

Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability against job requirements

Perform sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and present qualified candidates across levels
Conduct comprehensive telephone screening interviews and oversee the administration of pre-employment assessments

Ensure the recruiting process, interviews and documentation are in compliance with the internal guidelines placed

Ensure timely submission of profiles while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS (Oracle Recruitment Cloud) or recruitment systems.

Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, hiring campaigns, and job fairs when required

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycles

Adhere to recruitment SLAs, KPIs, and hiring target


Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in bulk / mass hiring and volume recruitment

Strong sourcing expertise across job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and internal databases

Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong screening and candidate evaluation abilities

Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

2–3 years of relevant experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment

Experience handling high-volume hiring projects is mandatory
