Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
•Should have experience with recruiting for technical profiles within the Construction, Oil & Gas and Facility Management Industry.
•Should have experience with handling bulk hirings for overseas/international recruitment.
•Candidate would be knowledgeable in handling recruitment job portals and other sourcing platforms such as Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn etc.
•The candidate would have prior experience in handling interview drives in huge numbers for both Blue-collar and White-collar candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
•At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position in Dubai within a Recruitment Consultancy or Manpower Agency, Freshers are also open to apply.
•Preferably candidates with a Bachelors or Masters degree in HRM or Business Administration.
•Candidates should possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Candidates should have strong English language (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
