Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media and industry-specific platforms.
- Conduct thorough screening of applications and lead initial interviews, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates, ensuring timely and transparent communication throughout the process.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and background checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate record-keeping and data integrity for all recruitment activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Support employee relations activities, addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Has experience in the [Industry Name] industry, showcasing an understanding of the specific talent needs.
