Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring plans, and ensure timely closures.

Execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies to build strong candidate pipelines.

Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with internal policies, CBE guidelines, and local labor laws.

Coordinate and support interview processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates).

Support onboarding activities, ensuring seamless candidate-to-employee transition.

Maintain and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors for assigned roles.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university.

4 5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.

Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder coordination.

Working knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and basic CBE recruitment compliance requirements.

Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS systems).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
