Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and relationship-building.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment metrics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
