Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Officer

  • Gather and analyze recruitment needs from managers.
  • Write and distribute job offers on different recruitment channels (job sites, social networks, etc.).
  • Search and pre-select candidates (CV screening, sourcing).
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
  • to assess the skills and motivation of the candidates.
  • Present the selected candidates to the relevant officials.
  • To monitor the recruitment process until the candidate is integrated.
  • Update the candidate database.
  • Participate in the improvement of recruitment methods and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Human Resources, Management, Occupational Psychology or a similar field.
  • Desired experience in recruitment or in a similar role.
  • Good mastery of recruitment and interview techniques.
  • Good ability to analyze and evaluate profiles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • My mastery of computer tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Sense of organization, rigor and professional discretion.
