Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment Officer
- Gather and analyze recruitment needs from managers.
- Write and distribute job offers on different recruitment channels (job sites, social networks, etc.).
- Search and pre-select candidates (CV screening, sourcing).
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
- to assess the skills and motivation of the candidates.
- Present the selected candidates to the relevant officials.
- To monitor the recruitment process until the candidate is integrated.
- Update the candidate database.
- Participate in the improvement of recruitment methods and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Management, Occupational Psychology or a similar field.
- Desired experience in recruitment or in a similar role.
- Good mastery of recruitment and interview techniques.
- Good ability to analyze and evaluate profiles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- My mastery of computer tools and recruitment platforms.
- Sense of organization, rigor and professional discretion.
