Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
