Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the recruitment section, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition processes.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for a variety of roles, from job posting to onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create tailored sourcing plans.

Supervise, mentor, and train recruitment team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Utilize data-driven insights to monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the industry.

Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.

Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Proven track record in managing recruitment teams or sections within a large organization.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Solid knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
