Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, for assigned roles within the real estate business.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Source and screen candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals).
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical and cultural fit.
Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers and progress reports on a weekly basis.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates and hiring teams promptly.
Support in employer branding activities related to recruitment (e.g., job posts, social media presence).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Our client - Menassat Development is seeking an experienced strong>Recruitment Specialist/strong> to support our Real Estate client on a strong>2-month hiring project/strong>. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions across sales, construction, engineering, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and a deep understanding of the real estate or construction industry.
- Excellent sourcing skills
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- strong>3 6 years of recruitment experience/strong>, ideally within the strong>real estate, construction, or engineering/strong>
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a strong>short-term, project-based environment/strong>.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, etc.).
