Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Arabic and English to assess candidates' language proficiency, cultural fit, and suitability for the role, ensuring effective communication.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job descriptions to extending offers, providing a seamless candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a solid foundation for understanding recruitment principles.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on Arabic-speaking candidates, demonstrating proven expertise.

  • Native Arabic speaker

  • English, fluency both written and spoken, is a must-have for effective communication.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, showcasing your skills.
