Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and developing job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for both technical (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Support) and non-technical (e.g., Marketing Specialists, Sales Representatives, Operations Analysts) positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across different departments to define job requirements, establish realistic timelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf), professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews using various techniques, including behavioral, technical, and competency-based questions.
- Evaluate candidates' skills and experience, provide constructive feedback to hiring managers, and guide them through the selection process.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and relevant labor laws.
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build employer branding and attract potential candidates.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment policies, processes, and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Recruitment Specialist, especially in hiring Technical roles.
- A very Good to Excellent English speaker is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and effective sourcing methodologies.
- Experience using various online recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media for sourcing.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
