Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
