Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for veterinary roles, including doctors, nurses, technicians, receptionists, and other clinical or support staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms, including job boards, social media, and veterinary-specific networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on required qualifications, clinical experience, and licensing.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final rounds with hiring teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
  • Support licensing and onboarding coordination, particularly for overseas hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool and pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events, career fairs, and veterinary schools when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting for veterinary clinics, hospitals, or healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and residency/visa processes for overseas candidates.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and veterinary-specific job boards.
