Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end corporate recruitment activities, including screening candidates and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date applicant database.
- Arrange, coordinate, and conduct interviews, assessments, and examinations for various positions, ensuring timely communication with applicants regarding their status.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive, structured feedback.
Organizational Development
- Update and maintain job descriptions, job specifications, competency models, and career frameworks in line with organizational needs.
- Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR and OD programs and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
Coordination & External Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment sources such as job boards, NGOs, universities, and external partners.
- Coordinate and support employment fairs and recruitment events preparation and execution.
Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare clear, accurate, and well-documented HR reports with analytical insights.
- Maintain recruitment and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team across other functional areas as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, 4 - 5 years in white- and blue-collar positions.
- Experience in interviews, assessments, and coordination with recruitment sources.
Technical Skills
- Strong recruitment, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage applicant databases and prepare analytical HR reports.
Management & Coordination Skills
- Effective coordination with internal teams and external partners (universities, NGOs).
- Strong planning and organization skills to manage multiple recruitment activities.
Personal & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a professional and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English
