Roles & Responsibilities

Job Objective


To develop and implement a robust recruitment process in order to fulfil the company’s annual manpower requirements by recruiting the right person with the right skills and competencies at the right time

Provides support to Human Resources Department by handling related activities of the department as advised by her /his superior.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of recruitment policies and processes in line with HR best practices to meet the company’s manpower requirements

- Responsible for souracing,attracting, and hiring candidates for senior technical position including managers, directors, and C-level roles with a specialization in engineering ,construction & Sales and Marketing disciplines.


• Work closely with department heads and HR Business Partner to develop the annual recruitment plan and budget and provide support and advice on recruitment and selection best practices

•     administrate the full cycling recruitment process from sourcing/advertising to offer , including Check references of the selected candidates, obtain management’s approvals for their hiring, extend offer letters to them and follow-ups.

•     Develop and implement cost effective sourcing strategies in order to attract candidates with the right skills and competencies

• Manage and maintain relationships with potential candidates acting as an ambassador for the compan’s and promoting a professional image at all times in line with the corporate brand

• Identify, select and / or develop appropriate assessment tools and exercises to help select candidates with the right skills and competency requirements

• Collect, assess and maintain an active and organized data bank of qualified applicants for various positions and incorporate them into the internal database.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to help identify and attract suitable talent

• Guide Managers in interviewing techniques and their role in the selection process

• Negotiate offers with selected candidates in line with approved compensation and benefits framework

• Produce regular management reports such as actual versus planned, attrition rate etc.

• Maintain and update recruitment/staffing tracker and generate periodical reports to HR Manager.

• Support the development and implementation strategies and policies to attract, develop and retain the UAE Nationals

• Work with schools, colleges and universities to promote the company’s as an employer of choice

• Plan, organise and participate in career fair

• Carry out training need analysis (TNA), organize training & development activities with due approval (budgeting) from the management and conduct training evaluation.

• Provide advice and assistance to HR Manager and Department Heads to conduct job analysis and standardize all the job descriptions and ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.

• Collaborate with HR Manager and peers to review and implement HR process, policies & procedures and suggest ideas for improvement.

• Cooperate with HR Manager in employee engagement activities.

• Perform other HR tasks that are closely related to the position, as assigned by the Heas of departmen.

Requisite Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience

-CIPD is desirable
