Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding processes with HR and relevant departments
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Represent the company at job fairs and industry networking events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, technical institutions, and recruitment agencies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or textile industry
- Familiarity with the textile sector roles (e.g., machine operators, quality controllers, designers) is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HRIS software
- Solid understanding of labor laws and best recruitment practices
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism
