Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning: Analyze workforce needs and develop annual plans in coordination with various departments to ensure optimal staffing levels.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to attract high-caliber talent.
Onboarding & Orientation: Design and manage induction programs to help new employees integrate effectively into the company culture.
Budgeting: Monitor and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring all hiring activities are cost-effective and within planned expenditures.
Culture & Competencies: Assess candidates based on the company s core values and specific functional competencies to ensure a strong cultural fit.
Hiring Procedures: Finalize all contractual and hiring documentation for new employees in compliance with company standards.
Reporting: Prepare and issue detailed reports regarding recruitment metrics, productivity, and hiring status for senior management.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 5 7 years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role.
Industry: Must have experience in Manufacturing or Industrial companies (Blue-collar & White-collar hiring).
Education: Bachelor s degree in any relevant field. HR Diploma is a strong plus.
Interviewing: Experienced in Competency-Based Interviewing techniques.
Planning: Ability to handle Manpower Planning and recruitment tracking (Time-to-fill/Quality of hire).
Languages: Very Good command of English (Written & Spoken).
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting.
