Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve monthly targets
Manage end-to-end hiring for mid & senior roles
Develop sourcing strategies and improve talent pipelines
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Monitor recruitment KPIs and issue regular reports
- 3 5 years of experience in recruitment
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS and different sourcing platforms
