Roles & Responsibilities

As Regional Sales Manager for the UAE, you ll lead strategic sales efforts, managing key enterprise accounts and building strong CXO relationships. You ll drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently exceeding revenue targets. The role involves close collaboration with partner ecosystem to craft tailored solutions and capture large opportunities. With a strong focus on pipeline management and accurate forecasting, you ll play a pivotal role in the region s growth.

Heres what you will get to explore:

  • Responsible for handling the UAE Territory
  • You will specifically be responsible for acquiring and managing key strategic accounts in the region. Driving and Building Relationships with Key stake holders
  • Manage sales cycle from initial contact through to initial qualification, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Be accountable for your activity and meet and exceed targets. Ownership of quarterly, annual revenue numbers
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans for all strategic accounts.
  • Strategize and build large deals in identified set of accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating understanding of prospect/Customer s sales cycles from initial contact through to the procurement process.
  • Proactively lead relationships and account planning activities with focused partners,
  • Work with internal teams like marketing, customer success teams that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with our pre-sales, customer success teams to meet regions sales goals including new logo acquisition and upsell.
  • Should be strong in sales hygiene like documentation, CRM updating, maintaining minimum 3X pipeline of the quota in the financial year.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience with large account management is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable sales quarter on quarter
  • Prior Knowledge/experience of enterprise security domain would be an advantage.
  • Good connects with customer in large enterprises especially with CIO/CDO/CISO s
  • Ability to develop CXO relationship, generate pipeline and self-motivated to drive relationship at all customer levels.
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Language Arabic will be an added advantage.
