Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and deepen client engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns before they escalate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to meet client expectations effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to equip candidates with essential knowledge.
At least 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a financial services or consulting environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts effectively to showcase results-driven performance.
