• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all restaurant dining areas on a daily basis.
• Ensure all restrooms are hygienic, well-stocked, and in working order.
• Clean kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and appliances, with precision.
• Dispose of all trash in designated bins and follow recycling protocols.
• Inspect and ensure the cleanliness of seating and service areas regularly.
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies like spills or broken glass.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and request restocking before they run out.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment according to safety standards.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines to ensure safe environments.
• Monitor the condition of cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Ensure all windows and glass surfaces are spotless and streak-free.

• Prior experience in commercial or restaurant cleaning is highly preferred.
• Ability to work evening and weekend shifts when required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
• Capability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
