What You ll Do

* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as brand standards.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellence.
* Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate supply orders to control costs and reduce waste.
* Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff, conducting regular evaluations and providing coaching.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and service excellence.
* Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
* Work with the F&B Operations Manager on budgeting, financial performance, and cost-control measures.
* Analyze restaurant performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
* Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotions and sales initiatives.
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies accordingly.
* Represent the restaurant professionally at community and industry events.
* Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations relevant to restaurant operations.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
* Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational goals.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
* Proficiency in restaurant management systems and MS Office.
* Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
