Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assigned restaurant outlets and coordinate special events
Enhance restaurant offerings through ongoing review and innovation
Ensure all products and services align with sustainability and wellness principles
Maintain strict adherence to LQA standards across all touchpoints
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage service recovery when needed
Monitor revenue, expenses, and labor costs to maximize profitability
Oversee inventory control, purchasing practices, and financial transaction security
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, safety, and brand requirements
Develop, mentor, and support restaurant teams for consistent service excellence
Maintain documentation, reporting systems, and operational controls for smooth outlet performance

Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-end environment
