Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned restaurant outlets and coordinate special events
- Enhance restaurant offerings through ongoing review and innovation
- Ensure all products and services align with sustainability and wellness principles
- Maintain strict adherence to LQA standards across all touchpoints
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage service recovery when needed
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing practices, and financial transaction security
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, safety, and brand requirements
- Develop, mentor, and support restaurant teams for consistent service excellence
- Maintain documentation, reporting systems, and operational controls for smooth outlet performance

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a luxury hotel
Hospitality Management Degree preferred
Strong leadership and guest service orientation
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial
Deep understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, and cost controls
Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-end environment
