Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and room service operations.
Support menu planning and uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Lead service teams during peak hours and resolve guest concerns.
Review staffing levels to meet service and financial objectives.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members for continuous improvement.
Ensure all food and beverage policies, hygiene standards, and liquor laws are followed.
Promote a customer-first service culture and handle complex guest issues.
Monitor guest satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
Oversee training, performance standards, and staff engagement.
Support purchasing, invoice management, and financial oversight.
