Service focused personality and previous leadership experience leading a food and beverage team.

Strong and up-to-date in food & beverage knowledge and trends Excellent administration, communication and organizational skills

Good project management skills with experience in opening outlets with new concepts

Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all stakeholders

Service oriented with an eye for detail

Ability to work effectively Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and generations

Ability to speak European languages would be an added advantage
