Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and motivate staff, ensuring discipline, teamwork, and high morale.
  • Oversee food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness according to HACCP standards.
  • Monitor inventory, handle purchasing requests, and control costs.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, and Quality Control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in oriental or grill restaurants is a plus.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
