As Restaurant Manager (M/F) , you will be responsible for the establishment's restaurant, as well as the breakfast service and the bar. A true leader , you will manage the teams, structure the offering, and actively contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and experience .
Your r the:
Manage, motivate and support the catering team in a dynamic of progression and skills development.
To ensure a role as a leader, mentor and trainer on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage , hygiene and safety standards .
To define and deploy a strategy around products, services and the catering offer.
to be proactive in proposing new concepts, formats and customer experiences .
Managing the economic performance of the service , in particular through monitoring ratios (cost of materials, cost of breakfast tray ), controlling expenses and optimizing margins.
Optimize team productivity by adapting schedules to activity and performance objectives.
Monitor and analyze key indicators (sales, costs, margins, waste) and implement the necessary corrective actions.
To guarantee a qualitative, consistent and memorable customer experience , in line with Accor standards and the identity of the establishment.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have proven experience in catering, including team management , and you place quality of service at the heart of your professional commitment.

To manage, structure and unite a team around common objectives, by establishing a strong, positive and demanding team culture .
Create and maintain trusting relationships with all stakeholders (teams, management, partners, suppliers).
Communicating in a clear, fluid and constructive manner , promoting the sharing of information and the coordination of actions.
To encourage collective and individual performance , by supporting employees in their skills development.
Demonstrate leadership, exemplary conduct and a sense of service , both to teams and to clients.
