Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in restaurant management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high service standards Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance Maintain quality control for food, service, and hygiene Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
