Job Title: Retail Sales Associate / Team Leader
Overview: Join MyShops, a fast-growing, tech-driven electronics retailer known for great brands, smart pricing, and an energetic retail culture. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll deliver excellent customer experiences and drive in-store sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, demos, and comparisons.
- Achieve individual sales targets, upselling accessories and warranties.
- Maintain product knowledge across mobiles, gadgets, and electronics.
- Ensure proper merchandising, stock accuracy, and POS billing.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
1 – 6 years of UAE experience in electronics retail sales.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of smartphones, gadgets, or appliances.
Sales-driven, energetic, and team-oriented.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and in various outlets in the country.
