Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the safety PPE and equipment market, focusing on high-growth sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry influencers to drive sales and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product development and market expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CSP, CHST, or similar safety qualifications, demonstrating industry expertise.
  • Has a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the safety PPE and equipment industry.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of safety standards, regulations (OSHA, ANSI, etc.), and industry best practices.
