Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

OneClickDrive is on the hunt for a Sales Account Manager capable of catering to our existing clients, upsell . A dynamic, driven individual with local Dubai experience in sales and business development is essential. Outdoor sales would be the key responsibility alongside client management. Those with online sales background would be preferred.Experience with customer management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, plan and execute sales related activities to sign up new clients.
  • Pro-actively seeks new business for the company by arranging meetings with prospective clients.
  • Cold calling new clients and maintaining database of prospective clients.
  • Perform demonstrations of companies products at meetings and communicate the benefits of clients joining the company portal.
  • Prepare client contracts, invoices, receipts and manage payments and maintenance of client accounts.
  • Maintain existing clients with regular client visits.
  • Build a good long-term rapport with existing clients and keep them updated on new features and how they can improve their performance in the market
  • Renew client contracts and up-sell clients by selling additional offerings
  • Promote the company through local marketing initiatives

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Account Management and business development experience.
  • Experienced in Business development with Corporate Customers
  • Proven track record in achieving sales / business results
  • Has an aptitude to develop, set & execute a sales strategy and rolling sales plans
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, especially the ability to handle difficult clients
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Analyze customer requirements, create solutions proposals, and give presentations at the customer's premises
  • Proficient to present at senior level
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English language

  • Sales: 3 years in Dubai
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Online Media Sales (Preferred)
