Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Define account objectives and commercial strategy, implement robust account plans, and actively manage business vitality
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction levels, and initiate corrective actions when required
  • Identify, document, and convert business potentials through market and competitive analysis into actionable opportunities
  • Lead projects end-to-end: secure clear briefs, anticipate client needs, coordinate internal teams, and deliver optimal solutions
  • Define pricing, margins, and commercial terms per project in line with guidelines, ensuring accurate system entry and compliance
  • Ensure disciplined account management through forecasting, budgeting, visit reporting, post-mortems, and adherence to internal processes

Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor s or Master s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field

  • 3 5 years of experience in sales or account management within fragrances, ingredients, or FMCG environments
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin management, budgeting, expenses, and client overdues
  • Proven ability to build trusted client partnerships, negotiate effectively, and drive profitable growth; willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, demand planning, supply chain interactions, and internal tools and processes
  • Fluency in English and Russian required; French is a strong assets
