Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote parts during sales promotions and ensure efficient operations to meet customer needs.
Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets as per business plan.
Review and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and reservations to close deals.
Provide outstanding customer service using EPC catalogue.
Register and report loss of sales and suggest actions to improve parts availability.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
Skilled in using EPC software to identify parts.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well within a team and follow operational guidelines.
