Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and a professional presentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, screening calls, managing emails, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or sales support role; experience in the technology industry is preferred.
Has a strong understanding of sales processes and sales cycles; experience with CRM systems is essential.
