Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with strong relationships and proven working experience with leading UAE real estate developers such as Emaar, Damac, Binghatti, Azizi, Sobha, and similar tier-1 developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing developer relations, identifying new investment opportunities, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This role is suitable for senior professionals looking for either full-time or part-time engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong professional relationships with major real estate developers including Emaar, Binghatti, Azizi, Damac, Sobha, etc. Identify and secure new sales, leasing, and investment opportunities in the UAE real estate market. Lead sales negotiations, deal structuring, and contract closures with developers and investors. Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and portfolios. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities. Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness. Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing within the UAE. Strong existing network and working relationships with leading developers (Emaar, Binghatti, Azizi, Damac, etc.). Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage long-term client relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, regulations, and trends. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
