Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for certification and training projects, ensuring smooth execution of processes.
  • Support clients with inquiries, proposals, documentation, and service coordination.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities including cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Promote certification and training services through phone, email, and online channels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and Gulf region.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and telemarketing targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with auditors, trainers, and internal teams for project execution.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) for effective follow-ups.
  • Ensure professional communication and customer service standards are met.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred).
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or operations (ISO certification/training industry experience will be an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and persuasive telephone skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business correspondence.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu will be an added advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
