Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales managers with daily correspondence, appointments, and client support activities.
  • Support sales order processing, follow up on deliveries, payments, returns, and provide regular sales activity updates.
  • Contribute to lead follow-ups, and provide quality customer service to enhance business relationships.
  • Enter sales records in ERP in timely manner for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Provide administrative support, data entry, and document preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have Bachelors degree.
  • Must have minimum 3 of sales support experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work independently and handle multiple sales support functions.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office) and ERP/order management systems; experience with Tally ERP is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with business clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn and adapt to business needs.
