Role Summary A specialized retail supplier of high-quality baking and pastry tools is seeking a Sales Associate. This role requires the candidate to leverage their professional culinary knowledge to provide expert product advice and drive sales. The successful candidate must be fully self-sufficient, holding their own valid UAE residence visa, as the position offers a performance-incentivized, entry-level retail salary.

Key Responsibilities Provide expert product advice on specialized baking and pastry tools, techniques, and ingredients, leveraging professional culinary knowledge.

Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Maintain high standards of store presentation: stock, organize, and ensure cleanliness of the sales floor. Assist with accurate daily inventory counts and stock organization. (Preferable) Promote sales, new product launches, and assist in attractive product displays.

Qualifications and Requirements Minimum Essential Requirements Visa & Residence: Must have their own valid Residence Visa/Sponsorship (e.g., Family Visa) with a valid NOC if required.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable professional experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or specialized culinary professional. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and a high level of practical knowledge regarding professional baking and decorating techniques.

Attributes: Highly presentable, reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong passion for the culinary arts. Preferable Qualifications (Not Mandatory) Experience in retail sales, especially with specialized culinary equipment. Relevant professional culinary certificate or diploma.

Compensation Note The basic salary for this role is set at an entry-level retail rate. The compensation package includes a performance-based incentive/commission structure to reward successful sales performance.
